Double reel stands
We build a double reel stand for where space is tighter, these units can handle reels of up to 1000mm diameter and can be supplied with a loading crane.
The units are either our standard staggered design or we can use our standard modules to fit your existing machines.
We can add splicing systems to give non stop running or the unwinds can be run together for multi ply operations.

The machines above are all fitted with our own crane systems that can handle rolls up to 1000Kg.
The machines are fitted with automatic locking safety chucks to support the reel shafts.
All unwinds come complete with a braking system that is supplied with a manual pressure regulator and gauge as standard, these can be upgraded to a fully automatic tension control system if required as an option.

The units above are horizontal style unwinds that can have a simple splicing system fitted, these horizontal units are ideal where space is not too much of a problem, the centre one above is mounted on a mezzanine to allow continuous running into a laminator below.
The cantilevered double unwind above allows non stop running for narrower machines or it can be used to run multiple webs.
Splicing systems
The biggest benefit from a double unwind is when a splicing system is added, we have a zero speed automatic splicing system or we can supply a splice table that when combined with an accumulator will allow non stop running of your machines.
